RE: Updating our quality assurance records

Dear Sir or Madam:
BG Brisbane is a quality assured company and we are continually modifying our practices to keep within the requirements of several standards. An integral part of this program is to ensure that products we market are safe for the final consumer. As you would expect this food safety consideration extends to when the products are on your farm and it is in this area that we seek your assistance. Attached is a questionnaire which we would ask you to fill out and return as soon as possible by either mail or fax to our office. As well as returning this Questionnaire we also seek additional documents from you relating to your on farm and QA procedures. Please ensure that the following is returned to enable us to completely satisfy the requirements of our QA and Coles auditor.

  • All this information is necessary for us to maintain our Approved Supplier Program and assist us in ensuring that only Growers with third party audited systems are used when supplying certain customers. Several of these customers require proof of your system and having these records on hand assists in marketing successfully. Our aim is to only request this information from you on an annual basis.
